First off, I'm envious--I've found it extremely difficult to capture flowing water in a photo, but here we have a decently focused image that still preserves the sense of motion and falling from the fountain. You chose a good angle and composed your image quite well. The tilted image and placement really pushes that stream of water outward and right into the viewer's gaze, so bam! Impact. My primary suggestion is that you're working from lighting that's behind your subject. Backlighting can be a great element to use, but in this case I think it's working against you. The clouds that happens to be up there are catching a lot of light, and I feel like it's really drawing attention away from what the subject of the photograph is--the fountain itself. You've got some great highlights in the top of the stream, and I want to see them continue down the rest of the fall to make it pop even more.
